Farm Museum The Lebbenbrugge
You will receive a friendly welcome here by the volunteers working at the museum. Take an educational tour and then sit out on the terrace with a cup of coffee and a cake.
Wood sawmill Agneta
On Saturdays, the millers are happy to give you a fun tour here. If the wind blows hard enough, wood is also cut on wind power on these days. The mill is located in Ruurlo.

Castle Vorden
Don't miss this beautiful castle. It is one of the few castles that is still inhabited (AND open to the public). Follow an audio tour in which the current residents tell short and interesting stories.
Warmelo Castle
You will find this centuries-old estate in a beautiful location in Diepenheim. Every year there are also beautiful sand sculptures exhibited in the large gardens. Definitely fun to take a look here!
Twickel Castle
This imposing castle is surrounded by a large magnificent garden. A wonderful place to walk! You will also find a small store where you can get nice local products.

Get in the car and within half an hour you are already in the center of Neede, Winterswijk, Zutphen, Hengelo and Enschede. Stroll along the shop windows and step inside the nicest stores and special boutiques. Moreover, good food is central in this region, so here you will not be short of anything! Culturally and historically, there is also much to discover.
Into nature
Nature reserve the Needse Achterveld forms your temporary backyard. Walk through the meadows and along the verges full of wild flowers. In the summer months, horses and cattle roam freely here.
